All products offered for sale in our virtual store are under the guarantee of the Importer companies. The warranty periods are as long as specified in the product details. If it is not specified in the product details, the warranty period is 2 years.
The Way to Be Followed for Defective Products
If the product you have purchased is defective, it will be changed if you send it to our company with the invoice within 14 days.
The product to be replaced must not be missing any accessories or packaging. In case of missing packaging or accessories, technical service should be provided by the importer company for the product.
The Way Our Customers Outside of Istanbul Should Follow in Case of Failure
NOur normal return procedures are also valid for our customers outside of Istanbul. However, we find it healthier for our customers to get information by calling our technical service in order to determine whether the devices they think are defective have a problem with the software or the hardware that the customer already has. Such problems can be solved by remote connection solutions to be made over the phone or computer. The products that are determined to be defective should be delivered to our company by cargo as soon as possible. (You can send with MNG cargo against payment, shipments with other cargo companies must be covered by you.)
Procedure For Products Defective Within The Warranty Period
After the product is delivered to our company in a safe package and delivered to the Technical Service officials, a Failure Tracking Form will be taken for the delivered products and the products can only be taken back with the submission of this form. The products left to our Technical Service will be delivered to the relevant importer company or Authorized Technical Service by our company. This procedure takes approximately 7-14 days. However, the maximum service period is determined as 30 working days by law.
